SMS Terms & Conditions
These terms apply specifically to the text messaging program run by Flumera and Maxpe Global. They describe how the program works, what you can expect to receive, and how to stop it.
The program
Flumera is a commercial water-efficiency product line operated and distributed by Maxpe Global (“Maxpe,” “we,” “us”). This texting program is used to conduct and follow up on site assessments for the Flumera valve — collecting property, meter, and water-billing details by text so we can scope and quote an installation.
By opting in — through our site assessment form, by texting our assessment line directly, or verbally at an educational session where you provide your number for a follow-up text — you agree to receive text messages from Flumera at the mobile number you provide.
What you’ll receive
A typical assessment receives 5–7 replies from Flumera, plus the messages, photos, and videos you choose to send us. We ask for contact and property details, the pipe size immediately after the meter, an approximate quarterly water-utility spend if known, and 1–3 photos or one short video of the meter and surrounding work area. Historical water bills are not required through text. You may also receive an occasional reminder if a submission pauses and a confirmation once your site check is complete.

Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts from this program. You can opt back in at any time by starting a new assessment.
Carrier disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Not all mobile devices or plans support text messaging, and delivery is not guaranteed. Supported carriers include, but are not limited to, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most other major U.S. carriers.
No sharing of mobile numbers
We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers collected through this texting program with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Numbers are used only to operate this program and as described in our Privacy Notice.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the program changes. The revision date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
