We sell to businesses and institutions. This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a site assessment, use a calculator, or contact us, we collect the details you submit — typically your name, business email address, telephone number, company or property name, and any message you write.

Site assessment information. If you begin an assessment, we collect information about the property being evaluated: address and building type, water and sewer billing history, consumption and occupancy figures, water meter details such as size, make, model, and serial number, plumbing and site conditions, photographs of the meter and surrounding work area, and the name and contact details of the property and site contacts. This is property and operational data, and it may include personal information where a named individual is involved.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we receive your IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referring URLs, and campaign parameters such as UTM tags. We use IP addresses to apply rate limits and guard against abuse of our forms.

Communications. We keep records of emails, calls, and text messages exchanged with you, including the date, time, and content, so we can answer questions and maintain continuity across a sales conversation.

How we use it

We use personal information to:

  • respond to inquiries and provide the free site assessment and savings estimate you requested;
  • prepare proposals, coordinate installation with a licensed plumber, and support customers after installation;
  • contact you by email, telephone, or text about Flumera and related products and services offered by Maxpe;
  • operate, secure, and improve the site, including analytics and fraud and abuse prevention;
  • meet legal, tax, accounting, and contractual obligations.

Telephone and text communications

We place and receive business-to-business telephone calls regarding Flumera. Some outbound calls are placed using an automated or AI-assisted voice system that speaks on behalf of our sales lead; when this is the case, the system identifies itself as automated, and you may ask to be connected to a person at any time. Calls may be recorded or transcribed for quality, training, and record-keeping where permitted by law, and we will tell you when a call is being recorded.

You can ask us to stop calling or texting at any time — say so on a call, reply STOP to a text, or email dan@maxpeglobal.com. We honor these requests promptly and maintain an internal do-not-contact list. Message and data rates may apply to text messages.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site and to understand how it is used. We use Google Analytics, configured to measure visits across our related sites — flumeravalve.com, maxpeglobal.com, and emissis.com — so that a single visitor moving between them is not counted repeatedly. We also record the campaign or referral source associated with your first visit.

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Google offers an opt-out for Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the site function.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose information only to:

  • Service providers who operate the business on our behalf — website and database hosting, email delivery, telephony, analytics, and customer relationship tooling — under agreements limiting their use of the information to providing those services;
  • Manufacturing and installation partners, where needed to size, supply, and install equipment at your property, including the licensed plumber performing the installation;
  • Professional advisers such as accountants, auditors, and lawyers;
  • Authorities or other parties where required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Maxpe, our customers, or others;
  • A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described above — through the assessment, proposal, and installation process, and afterward for the life of the customer relationship — and then for the period required to meet legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations or to resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.

Security

We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold, including encryption in transit, restricted access to our systems, and rate limiting on public forms. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights — including, for California residents, the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used and disclosed, the right to request deletion or correction, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. As stated above, we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

To make a request, email dan@maxpeglobal.com or write to the address above. We will verify your request before acting on it and will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent where the law permits.

The site links to pages we do not operate, including partner and certification sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their notices.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as our practices or the law change. The revision date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect.
